I can't believe its been a year Dad. A year since I saw you, spoke to you and held your hand. In my heart it feels like longer. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about you. I miss everything about you. I miss our chats, your guidance, the way you sat and listened to me waffling, our routines, our tv programmes together, our laughter - and I can still hear your laugh. The thought of your bright red laughing face makes all my pain go away. So much has happened and I hope you are up there watching us everyday. Everything I do is to make you proud.
